Ep gDNA[edit]
- Received three DNA Epigonichthys samples in dry pallets from XMU.
- Resuspend the DNA in each tube with 100ul EB.
- Measure concentration with Nanodrop:
- EP-G1: 63ng/ul x 100ul
- EP-G2: 36ng/ul x 100ul
- EP-G3: 134ng/ul x 100ul
