Cell aliquot[edit]

Alan gave me 2 cell patches: w/o or w/ colcemid treatment
GM12878 P9 - 556,449 cells/ml; GM12878 p9 - 865,509 cells/ml
Collect, wash, resuspend and dilute to 10cell/ul
Aliquot 1ul/tube and store at -80C

GM112878-P28 (~600k cells/ml)

GM20431-P20 (~550k cells/ml)

  1. 1ml cells, 750g, 3min
  2. wash pellet with PBS
  3. resuspend in 1ml PBS
  4. 10ul cells + 90ul PBS -> ~50-60 cells/ul
  5. 200c strips (2) 4ul/well
  6. 100c strips (2) 2ul/well
  7. 50c strips (2) 1ul/well
  8. 10ul cells + 40ul PBS -> ~10 cells/ul
  9. 10c strips (4) 1ul/well
  10. all strips put in tip-box at -80C
