Purpose:  Test the effects of lysis buffer on RT fragmentation-based single cell RNA-seq protocol
Results:  Tested RT buffer with or without Triton-x100 (0.1%, 0.2%), NP-40 (0.1%, 0.2%, 0.5%) or RNase Inhibitor.  Used 72C 10 min followed by 94C 5 min.  A lot of evaporation occurred and the RNA looked over-fragmented.
