FACS sorting
- Place:UCSD hESC Core
- Type: Sorting(BDInflux, FACSAria 2); Analysis(BDLSRFortessa, FACSCanto 2)
- Brief procedure:
- Dissociate culture into single cells
- Wash twice with PBS
- Filter cells with cell strainer
- Suspend cells best in 106/ml density
- Place cell suspension in ice(3rd floor)
- Bring culture medium to collect sorted cells
