From Shendure protocol in Jeff's notes: 1 μl Nextera enzyme + 24 μl TE + 25 μl 100% glycerol.
It is easier, however, to make a large solution of TE/glycerol to avoid pipeting small volumes of glycerol.
For example, mix 2.4 ml TE + 2.5 ml 100% glycerol --> 49 ul of this solution + 1 ul of Nextera = 50 ul 1:50 dilution.
