NCIH1975 : Mutation Detection : Data Analysis[edit]
Procedure[edit]
- Make one image from all 8 images by Maximum intensity projection , and Run PISA
- Extract location information from the BW image(--> mask image)
- Look all 8 images based on the location info from mask image, Decode Rolony signals
- Set threshold (9000 or 10000), and search range : 9 pixel or 11 pixel (--> 4, or 5 pixel from the center position)
- Most of rolony signals have above 20000 intensity and backgound have below 7000~8000
Result[edit]
Compare prev. method and current method[edit]
- Different counts and positions for each target

Target counts at different parameters[edit]
- Different Threshold and search range values generated different counts as well as different positions...
- Which one would be correct?...
Composite picture of the Same Position (Pos 2), at each different parameters
