Microscopy[edit]

This really just serves to confirm the pattern seen yesterday that the CUX2 is a weak signal at best, and may be an exact duplicate of FOXP2 (likely due to channel bleeding) at worst.

Sections[edit]

The following images show the tissue cut through in large sections, looking for some kind of orientation/layering.


I'm not sure that I see anything from these tissue sections. One of them (or both), should show some form of layering working across the whole tissue. I'll check with Blue to confirm, but from this sample I'm not sure that I can pick out any layering. The signal is strong and clearly present in some areas but not others (mostly in gaps between the tissue), so the staining seems to be specific enough.
