These images have much stronger green signal, corresponding to the Padlock Probes from Rui (PPRL).  The comforting thing is that since there are thousands of these probes, I would expect a stronger signal.  However, they are only supposed to paint chromosome 21, and even then not the whole thing.  Therefore I should only see 2 or so concentrated dots, but I typically see much stronger signal than that.  [[Daniel:Notebook/HiResChrPaint/2014-9-23|Tomorrow]]'s microscopy may provide more insight.

Microscopy[edit]

Dystrophin[edit]

These images don't tell me a great deal one way or another. There appears to be good dystrophin signal, so I think that the probes must be working, but it is difficult to check whether or not that signal is dystrophin itself. The Cot1 continues to perform admirably.

Chr21 Padlock Probes[edit]

These images have much stronger green signal, corresponding to the Padlock Probes from Rui (PPRL). The comforting thing is that since there are thousands of these probes, I would expect a stronger signal. However, they are only supposed to paint chromosome 21, and even then not the whole thing. Therefore I should only see 2 or so concentrated dots, but I typically see much stronger signal than that. Tomorrow's microscopy may provide more insight.
