The Cot1 seems to be the same for all 4 samples. As for the DMD signal, it appears to be the best with the Beliveau SSC and the Bienko protocols, although it is difficult to say since all 4 protocols have some nuclear signal. All 4 have some nucleii with 2 signals, some with greater than 2, some with less than 2. But the Beliveau SSC and Bienko have the most consistent nucleii. Still, without more rigorous analysis (MATLAB), it is difficult to tell ultimately which method worked the best. | |||

Analysis[edit]
The Cot1 seems to be the same for all 4 samples. As for the DMD signal, it appears to be the best with the Beliveau SSC and the Bienko protocols, although it is difficult to say since all 4 protocols have some nuclear signal. All 4 have some nucleii with 2 signals, some with greater than 2, some with less than 2. But the Beliveau SSC and Bienko have the most consistent nucleii. Still, without more rigorous analysis (MATLAB), it is difficult to tell ultimately which method worked the best.
