Decoding PGP1F - Agi26k 20gap, 0gap, 0gap with Suppressor[edit]

  • Decoding PGP1F with different Padlock Probes
  • From 2014-10-15


Result[edit]

  • Suppressor worked well
  • Decoded genes were not many
  • 20gap didn’t make 2nd Rolonies well


  • For the next plan
    • Decode again with PGP1F-0gap, and 0gap with suppressor, I need to get more number of detected features
    • So, I'll re-generate 2nd Rolonies and decode again


Result - Image and Data[edit]


  • 2nd Rolony images by maximum projected with all 7 cycle images
    • Not as many as I expected...
    • Too few 2nd Rolony detected from 20gap
