No images uploaded. I couldn't find much on this one, although that could be because I couldn't find any nuclei. Re-examination might show some, but given the results from experiment I'm not sure it would be very helpful.

It is harder to see on this computer, but looking at the images closely, you can see distinct overlap in the yellow (RBFOX3/NeuN) and the red (DRAQ5) channels. I think this was a successful trial run.
