Overnight MDA 1/9 to 1/10
96 extractions 1/10, stored at 4 degC overnight
- Xenoworks INJECT line flooded with solution, leading to errors in the remote controller.
- Drierite also completely purple
Nextera and Ampure XP on 1/11
1st gel run on 1/12, random sample of 8 reactions. No positives. Large amount of high-mass material in each lane, including empty lanes. Likely DNA contamination in TBE buffer.
Remaining gels run 1/16 with fresh buffer. No positives
