Preparation of 0.1% gelatin solution
1. Add 0.2g gelatin (Sigma G1890) to 200mL ddH2O. Gelatin does not dissolve at this stage.
2. Autoclave for 30 min.
3. Store at room temperature
Gelatin coating of plates
1. Add 1mL of 0.1% gelatin into each well of a six well plate.
2. Put the plate in 37C incubator for 15-20 min.
3. Plates can be stored in incubator (as long as they are not dry out). Aspirate remaining gelatin before use.
