Library transfering and shipping for shotgun sequencing
- Results of glycerol stock plate from 5-12-09:
- After 14hr incubation, check the plate growing status on black backgroud (AM 9:00). Almost all wells have colonies growing and generate smear LB media.
- Two glycerol stock plates (5/7/09, 5/12/09) were combined together and sealed with alumina film.
Colonies contaminated with B3 samples Column 1-12 Row A-D, 48 wells in total Colonies contaminated wiht D5 samples Column 1-12 Row E-H, 48 wells in total
- The glycerol stock plate was stored in -80 to freeze for 4hr
- The frozen plate was shipped with dry ice via FedEx to Agencourt at 4:00 PM (FedEx track #865950992390)
