Sample preparation
- Only one important consideration is that substrate must be #1.5 glass slide!
Turning on/off sequence
- Turn on sequence
- Confocal Power supply : Turn on from left to right Scan power --> Laser power --> Key (turn clockwise)
- PC power strip : Turn on the switch on the strip
- Turn off sequence --> Reverse way of turn on sequence
- Shut down PC
- Turn off PC power strip
- Turn off confocal power supply : Turn off from right to left : Key --> Laser power --> Scan power
