NCIH1975, PGP1F with T48 RT Primer
- Fix NCIH1975 and PGP1F with 4% Formalin at 37C
- S1 : T48 RT primer, S2 : rHexamer
Result
- Rolony with T48 : 30~50% less than rolony with rHex
- Fixing with 4% Formalin at 37C seems better in terms of even distribution of rolonies, which meaning less localized in nuclear
- Compare to fixing with 10% Formalin at 25C : LabNote
