Additional cfDNA from Illumina (Nautica cfDNA)
- Dr. Zhang received 3 additional cfDNA from Illumina
- Sample info. from Rigo
Sample | Conc. (ng/ul) | Volume (ul) | Amount (ng) |
NORM1-02 P1 | 5.25 | 15.00 | 78.70 |
NORM1-03 P1 | 3.25 | 15.00 | 48.70 |
COLO2-03 | 3.05 | 15.00 | 45.80 |
- I am not sure how they measure DNA concentration. I will repeat measuring concentration again.
- To avoid losing too much DNA for re-quantification, I will add more ~7ul of EB buffer to bring the volume to 21ul and use 1ul for Qubit dsDNA quantification.

Re-quantification of cfDNA by Qubit dsDNA HS assay
Sample | Conc. By Qubit (ng/ul) | Amount in 20ul (ng) |
NORM1-02 P1 | 1.66 | 33.20 |
NORM1-03 P1 | 0.77 | 15.30 |
COLO2-03 | 1.11 | 22.20 |
- I guess that the concentration of cfDNA from Rigo is by Nanodrop. Those numbers seemed to be over-estimated since the total amount by Qubit is much lower than that I got from Illumina.
