EAP Malaysia is the pioneer of the provision of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) therapy in Malaysia and was started by Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP) in September 2006. Shortlisted Supervisors then register in EAP's 6 month Manager training consisting of over 80 hours history of early childhood education in malaysia classes over a 20 week duration after which they meet once a week with their Senior Manager, and have bimonthly if not regular monthly Senior Guidance meetings for the kids on their caseload.

In addition, WEAP's published study in the American Journal of Dementia (November 2005 problem) was consistent with Dr. Ivar Lovaas' study in 1987 and 1993 wherein 48% of the youngsters who participated in the extensive behavioural therapy had the ability to catch up and take part successfully in common school.

Each youngster at EAP is assigned a team of specialists who are managed by a Supervisor on a fortnightly basis and an Elderly Supervisor on a bimonthly basis in addition to the WEAP Progression Reviews two times a year. EAP continues to maintain first-rate quality ABA treatment as we remain to have our parent company WEAP supervise our youngsters twice a year.
