Amplification with Sequencing Adapters
- Common linker sequence in every probe is: CTTCAGCTTCCCGATATCCGACGGTAGTGT (Porecca et al. 2007)
- Since this is the same design as LC Sciences probes that Noi used, I'll use the same primers
