Analyzing FISH Results[edit]

I did more coding today, specifically making a MATLAB script that takes a binary image, lets you select an object, then focuses on/enlarges the object. The idea is to grab individual nuclei of interest in your picture and look at them more closely. The results are shown below:

However, I don't really see anything, even from the closer look, that tells me whether or not this experiment worked, and whether or not I'm getting real results. What I really need is a positive control, so I'm going to think more today/tomorrow about what I can do to make a good positive control. Also, I've scheduled time on the confocal tomorrow with Hosuk.
