EAP Malaysia is the leader of the stipulation of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) therapy in Malaysia and was established by Wisconsin early characteristics of autism Autism Job (WEAP) in September 2006. For all therapists, an initial training including 20 hours of classes and 3 weeks on hand-held training is required prior to starting work with a youngster with autism after which regular fortnightly if not regular guidance is given with routine overlaps and group conferences.

In addition, WEAP's released research in the American Journal of Dementia (November 2005 issue) followed Dr. Ivar Lovaas' research in 1987 and 1993 where 48% of the youngsters that participated in the extensive behavioural therapy had the ability to capture up and take part effectively in typical school.

Each youngster at EAP is assigned a team of specialists that are managed by a Manager on a fortnightly basis and a Senior Supervisor on a bimonthly basis along with the WEAP Progression Reviews twice a year. EAP continues to maintain first-rate high quality ABA therapy as we continue to have our moms and dad company WEAP oversee our children twice a year.

Dr. Glen Sallows participated in the pioneering study with Dr. Ivar Lovaas and has brought this world-class therapy to hundreds of people with autism in the UK, Australia, Canada and Malaysia over the last 2 years. Play Abilities are essential to a kid's development.
