Kei sample 4 (~1500 cells): -Cas9 mCherry+ gDNA
Kei sample 6 (320 cells): +Cas9 GFP+ gDNA

Kei sample (10ul @ 41ng/ul) : LAM-PCR product +cas9 GFP+ PCR amplicon (~150bp correct band, and another band at ~180bp); 
                    amplicon goes from upstream of knock-in site on gDNA and extends to beginning of GFP
